Sixty & Better expands Walk With a Doc to include two sessions at East Arlington Library and Recreation Center

Thanks to professors and students at Wes Coast University in Richardson, Sixty & Better's Walk With a Doc program has been expanded at East Arlington Library and Recreation Center to include a second session. Julie Hebert, an Associate Professor at West Coast University, will lead Walk & Talk sessions with students from various disciplines, including Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. The team will discuss relevant health topics with aging adults and lead related exercises, encouraging ongoing conversation as participants walk in the gym or on outdoor paths. Participants receive an "Exercise and Walk" log to track their activity throughout the month.
