Walk with a (future) Doc provides facilitated discussions led by faculty and students from West Coast University's Master of Physician Assistants program. The program is also supported by faculty and students from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. The support gleaned from this multidisciplinary team further strengthens the benefit to those who participate. The walks are FREE and open to aging adults of all mobility levels.

Each month, a brief facilitated discussion will be led by the multidisciplinary team. Participants are encouraged to engage in the conversation by sharing from their own experiences and asking questions. Following the discussion, participants will continue to engage in facilitated exercises and/or take a self-paced walk in the gym or beautiful park-like setting outside.
