Bingocize® combines exercise and health information with the familiar game of bingo, which is a great and fun way to get seniors moving and socializing. Each session usually lasts 45-60 minutes. The overall goals of the program are to help older adults improve and/or maintain mobility and independence as well as learn and use health information focused on fall reduction, improved nutrition, and other health-related behaviors.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
